Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated delivery times:

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Houselle pieces. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. For exchanges, please contact us at hello@houselle.co.uk and we'll help you find the perfect piece.
